RIIKI's "Share Your Luv" is Exactly What We Need Right Now
RIIKI's latest single, "Share Your Luv," expresses a sentiment that is much in demand. And while the lyrics may have been meant more specifically, I think the buoyancy of the song, that baseline especially, serves this time succinctly. If you need more jump in your step, a trampoline of righteous conviction for your day, this is the song for you.
As a heart flutters in front of your love interest, RIIKI aka Raquel Abolins-Reid, provides an oscillating vocal that sculpts over the track: one moment longing, one moment encouraging, always hopeful. Her voice hints at much wider capabilities than the song calls for, but I suspect we will be hearing much more from RIIKI, both in performance and output.
