Wallows have shared a new single, "Coffin Change," ahead of their upcoming EP, More, out March 28. The Los Angeles trio's latest track, which debuted as BBC Radio 1's Hottest Record with Jack Saunders, features a unique blend of a propulsive groove, fast-paced drumbeat, dreamy guitar work, and an infectious hook. This distinctive sound, a captivating mix of elements, is sure to intrigue and captivate indie music fans.

"Coffin Change" enters the scene with a driving groove and rapid drumbeat. A dreamy guitar riff buoys the verses, while the chorus, with its contemplative and chantable lyrics, "Up, up and away/ Up, up and away / Heaven doesn't chang e/ Heaven doesn't change / It's an unrealistic thought," takes the song to new heights. The final bridge is a crescendo, with a wild guitar lead soaring to the same skyscraper-size heights as the echoing vocals, bringing the song to a powerful conclusion.

The accompanying music video is a simple yet engaging video that follows the band as they perform the track live. Through a fish lens, we are immersed in this impassioned performance, feeling the energy and dedication of each band member as they give their all on stage.

In honor of Record Store Day, a limited-edition evergreen and white vinyl pressing and CD version of More will exclusively hit independent record stores worldwide on April 12. Notably, this is the project's only physical release. The upcoming seven-track body of work follows Wallows' 2024 album Model, which GRAMMY Award-winner John Congleton produced. The band has also announced more dates for 2025's 'Model & More Tour.' The new headline dates begin May 9 in Mexico City, Mexico, and run through June 15 in Asheville, NC.
