At its core, 99 Neighbors is a collective whose vision is deeply rooted in a creative pathos, bouncing and feeding off one another to create a product greater than the sum of its parts. It's a notion that has led the seven-person collective to emerge as an enviable amalgamation of shared experiences with a penchant for fusing genres, sights, and sounds. All this and more come to life in the alt-rap collective's latest single, "Live a Little."

"Live a Little" arrives as 99 Neighbors' first single of 2021 and the lead single from their major label debut album, Wherever You're Going I Hope It's Great, set to release via Nice Work / Warner Records later this summer. "Live a Little" may see the collective skyrocketing toward their major label debut, but it still manages to retain all the infectious flair of those original tracks created in their Burlington, Vermont apartment, which doubled as a 24-hour creative hub.

"From the second everyone entered the studio to work on 'Live a Little,' the goal was to make a high-energy song for the summer and have fun making it," shares 99 Neighbors, continuing, "we knew from the jump that we just wanted to go crazy and truly have as much fun as possible with it, and everyone brought their A-game!"

And bring their A-game they did. "Live a Little," with its production reminiscent of rapidly switching the dials on a radio, sees 99 Neighbors delivering one of their most infectious singles to date. Perfectly matching the manic energy of the underlying production, each switch-up arrives hand-in-hand with a new MC taking center stage to deliver bar after bar. The outcome is a hip-hop anthem with a frenetic flow.
