If you are a fan of A R I Z O N A, then you need to keep a close eye on their dear friend, Ryan Pulford. Since they met in 2012, Pulford has been working intimately with the New Jersey band; he even contributed to the writing process of their 2017 breakout album,  GALLERY. Before Pulford unveils his forthcoming debut EP next year, the rising singer-songwriter is treating us to a heartwarming single in the form of "Holding You Close."

Featuring Pulford's precious vocals, "Holding You Close" showcases production elements that range from the lightest touch to a sonic boom. As Pulford expresses his deep appreciation for human connection, he suggests that this undeniable attraction is made possible by the vulnerability we allow ourselves to experience.

The accompanying music video follows Pulford on an autumn night as he explores the city with Sierra Felt, a woman he appears to be in love with. Between the clips of this budding romance, Pulford is also seen dancing along to "Holding You Close" alone in a New York studio. The Sky Rizzo-directed visual incorporates the contrasting effect of dark and warm colors in such a way that it makes us feel so complete and wholesome.

On "Holding You Close," Ryan Pulford shared,

"'Holding You Close' is about finding something extremely real with someone that makes you feel invincible. It came from a place of complete vulnerability and the solace you feel from being that open and comfortable with someone."
